okay, hours turned into days...

Not, however, because of the amount of work to do, but by the delays. You know when you find yourself in a position where you're almost done something and then decide because you're almost done it, you can slack a little, take some time off, have a little down time, a little fun? well, we did NONE of that except slack!

BUT we have to get it completely doen by saturday morning because that's when the cleaners are scheduled to come in and do their thing, do their stuff to make the place sparkly and shiny and really really gorgeous looking!

I've been thinking about "what now?" a lot lately...

aside from getting parcels mailed out to people who have ordered product from me and whom I've made commissioned albums for, I might, just might, do some scrapbooking and publish this blog again.

we'll see what the future brings.

 

111 is literally hours away from completion

There isn't much left for me to do. I think I could get my jobs done in about 3 hours. Brian has more. We had the house appraised. We are going to make money if we sell it close to what it appraised for. We're ecstatic about that. It's been quite the project and journey. I've already started thinking about the next one and products, colours, overall feeling i want for the house. this project has been lots of work. No doubt about that. I've come to the conclusion and realization that I really don't like working with Brian. We work VERY differently. He walks slowly to the saw, I practically run. It does not work between us that way, so not sure if we'll do another house because I don't think our marriage would survive it. Seriously...I'm NOT kidding.

we're almost done the house. It should be completely done by Sunday. I know I've said that so many times, but the delays combined with the fact that things take MUCH longer to do than I ever thought they would, has fooled me numerous times. It has been quite the experience. It has been incredibly rewarding...incredibly challenging, incredibly frustrating, incredibly difficult. But most of all, it has been incredibly worth it!
